Member Code of Ethics
 

1. The site is for the mutual benefit of all its members Compliance with this Code is a condition of use of the AMDEX site
2. Notices of Jobs, Loads and Space that have already been picked up have to be removed as soon as possible from the site

3. Where an enquiry has been received regarding a load, job etc that has been posted it must be responded to within 24 hours
4. Treat all of our members with the same respect and courtesy you would want to be treated yourself
5. Placements of "Phantom" Loads Jobs etc are forbidden. Breach of this rule may result in exclusion from the site.
6. For us to maintain quality of the site please inform AMDEX of any problems or issues that arise and mark for the attention of the Customer Relations Manager by e-mail at michael@amdex.org
7. Where a Job, Load etc has been obtained using our site please ensure that prompt payment is made within 48 hours to the company concerned.
8. In order to ensure member satisfaction a system of company ratings will be in operation. Members will be invited to rate other members in a way similar to that used on EBAY
9. The decisions of AMDEX management are binding on all members
